As well as personal training her private clients,

Jenny is the lead fitness coach managing a large team of fitness professionals, and hosts wellness retreats at The Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, California. 

From London, UK, Jenny's background started at the Royal Academy of Dance at the young age of three. With a passion to discover the all secrets of fitness, for many years Jenny explored movements and mindfulness in martial arts under the wing of a Shaolin Monk. The gift of Yoga and guided meditation came from her yogi mother and though practice and study she developed own style which also helped heal her diastasis recti. Strength and endurance from training with British Military Soldiers in all weather in the Royal Parks of England. Healthy eating and nutrition by global travel around the world. Core rehabilitation and posture alignment through the journey of her body through motherhood and beyond.

With her many years of extensive research, studying exercise and health, with her certifications and diligent training practice, Jenny brings her unique wealth of experience to help you on your wellness journey to youthful longevity.
